About Tinoti

A program built around one straightforward observation: most people understand that fatigue is a problem, but far fewer understand which daily factors are actually driving it.

Practical Education Over Generic Advice

Tinoti began from a recognition that much of the available content on energy and fatigue falls into two unhelpful extremes. On one end sits overly simplified advice ("just sleep more, drink more water") that ignores complexity. On the other sits dense, technical material that most people cannot translate into daily life.

This program occupies the space between. It takes the science seriously and presents it in a format that is accessible and actionable. The goal has never been to overwhelm participants with information but to help them identify which factors matter most for their own situation.

Philadelphia-based and nationally available via live webinar, Tinoti is designed for working adults who want clear, practical guidance without being lectured at.

Education That Respects Your Intelligence

01

We Start with Context

Before addressing habits, we spend time on why the body responds to lifestyle factors the way it does. Context makes recommendations stick. Without it, advice is just instruction without understanding.

02

We Avoid One-Size Answers

Energy patterns are deeply individual. Rather than prescribing a single "correct" approach, the program helps participants develop their own awareness of what works for their specific rhythms, schedule, and history.

03

We Encourage Observation

Much of the work happens between sessions. We encourage participants to notice their energy patterns throughout the week, building a personal data set that makes the webinar content far more relevant and applicable.

04

We Stay in Our Lane

Tinoti is an educational program. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. When a participant's situation calls for clinical attention, we say so clearly and encourage them to seek appropriate professional support.

Live Webinars. Real Conversations.

Sessions are delivered live via video conference, typically in groups that allow time for questions. The live format is intentional. It creates accountability, allows for real-time clarification, and produces the kind of shared discussion that recorded content cannot replicate.

Each session is structured around a core topic while leaving room for the questions that naturally arise from that topic. Participants frequently report that the discussion component is where the most useful learning happens.

Sessions are held on a recurring schedule. New cohorts begin regularly, so there is generally not a long wait between deciding to join and attending your first session.
